Any idea what this was originally called before the rewrite?

I tried to crack the Hiragana, but came with not much of anything. The first two letters could mean "plate; dish" (sara) or the first three letters could means "salad" (sarada). That leaves the last three (Masaki). Have no idea what it means, but it could be a name or something. Anyways, no idea.
